How foolish you are. Tusk cares not about the interests of the 27, only the interests of the EU.

More likely he should be concerned about one of the biggest import markets in Europe for European made cars ;)

The biggest import market in Europe for heating equipment/boilers etc etc

He & the EU should be concerned about the rise of the far right in Germany & Eastern Europe

Nationalists in Spain , Belgium & other areas in the EU seeking independence

Merkel getting voted out

etc etc

80 billion......such figures have certainly been bandied around by the Germans, they are trying to avoid having to cough up for the shortfall.
 
it's often said that notch is an RWR who hates foreigners and wears lumberjack underwear. These claims are often bandied around.
