I agree with many prior posts, this was all about Salmond and he's had the same ambition all his adult life.

It's divided Scotland, put Scot against Scot and it'll take quite some time for the damage to be undone.

He'll feel no responsibility or shame, though, as tw@ts like him never do.

Just hope the history books remember him as the failed egotist that he is.
