Nah, this is the trump way of doing a deal. He's not finished yet.
He's waiting for Europe to react.

Given that he doesn't like Europe very much, I don't expect to agree with the outcome though.
I saw US General Kellogg(sp?) on TV, in a chat with stakeholders. I still have some optimism.
I was impressed by Polish and Lithanian foreign ministers, and Lamy.
Kellogg backed off actually speaking FOR Trump.

Even if not true, it's good to have a leader who at least even sounds like he is working for and on behalf of the people who elected him.
Unfortunately, we in The UK and many EU countries have the opposite.
Surely that's the worst of all worlds?
