Interesting article by Steven Fry likening Trumpf’s behaviour to bullying, and linking it to a rise in facism. The message is that his style is not actually about the art of the deal, designed to get the best price for his target acquisition, it’s about the cult of power and only respecting those with power. Europe will have to work even more closely together to stand up to him, it’s the only way forward now the special relationship has been holed below the water line.
