If you mean why he was convicted, then no.I thought it was silent praying in the street?

Wasn't sure but it was something I heard on the radio whilst driving, I wasn't paying much attention I just heard something about it.If you mean why he was convicted, then no.

Are you just this annoying normally? Do you know how to speak to people in a normal way or is everything just googled by you?No it wasnt
If you aren’t sure you could always research the actual facts before posting.

I don't think ignorance of the law is a valid defence. They are but if you dont know it is ilegal to pray in the street I am not seeing a crime. I didnt know but then I dont pray loudly either so should be ok not knowing that law.
You think you are neutral sitting on the fence playing both sides. I think you are much more aligned with the left on here but not as cruel on the whole.I don't actually think that I am part of anyone's posse. When you think about it, I'm more of a lone ranger. Dispensing justice wherever I see fit. But always fairly and proportionally. If people get on the wrong side of me, I might call them pompous. If they really annoy me, I might even go so far as to call them arrogant. I know that's harsh, but those are my rules.

Strange question, I probably think of deliberately breaking the law as anyone elses train of thought. If you do not know there is a law that you are breaking it isn't deliberate.I don't think ignorance of the law is a valid defence.
I don't think she was ignorant of the law either.
So what do you call deliberate breaking of the law?

Let's hope not. Those laws will be abolished along with a lot of the other authoritarian regime when this administration changes. It can't come soon enough.
Safe access buffer zones will make it illegal for anyone to do anything that intentionally or recklessly influences someone’s decision to use abortion services, obstructs them, or causes harassment or distress to someone using or working at these premises.

And you can demonstrate it wasn't deliberate?Strange question, I probably think of deliberately breaking the law as anyone elses train of thought. If you do not know there is a law that you are breaking it isn't deliberate.

The judge said it was deliberate, he knew exactly what he was doing. If you do not know there is a law that you are breaking it isn't deliberate.

Well it wasn't me doing it so how could I?And you can demonstrate it wasn't deliberate?

I don't know how he drew that conclusion as surely this isn't a law that most people would know? The judge said it was deliberate, he knew exactly what he was doing.
I'm talking about exclusion zones not abortion.Let's hope not.
Women should have rights too. Shame they need laws to protect them like this

He notified the council the day before he did it. He knew what he was doing.I don't know how he drew that conclusion as surely this isn't a law that most people would know?
