Jacuzzi bath not working

I have a jacuzzi bath and the jets do not turn on.

This is the bath:

I looked af some videos and it mentioned blowning air into the air tube. This is the bath inside:

The tube is not attached to anything:

If I remove the pipe, it must be high, otherwise water flows out slowly (The bath is full at the moment). And if I blow into the tube, bubbles are made in the bath.

Any ideas please?

Does the pump start up.

The air tube(s) in question will be to the push-button second left from the shower handset, not the one you're looking at.
