Radiators don't have stop cocks, are you talking about the lockshield valves? Not sure what you are pulling out by force?
Sorry, I meant drain valves.
I don't have any pics, its a type A.

How do you mean they’re jammed, As in won’t open or open but stuck washer
Ah ok, yes, if you can get them out then a new rubber washer will do it. You may need to use a small screwdriver or pick to get the old washer out as they tend to get stuck on the seat.
