Or is it just that they can't tell the truth, and don't care who knows it?

Originally, Johnson told Parliament that 608 out of 708 was "all"

Now his mouthpieces says it's 99%

    Neither is true.

"Court order shows 'Boris Johnson misled Parliament over coronavirus contracts'"

"The Prime Minister had claimed the contracts which are currently subject to a legal challenge were in the public domain.

However, a High Court order published on Friday has now revealed the government had only published “608 out of 708 relevant contracts”.

"The UK Government did not deny that Parliament had been misled."

Not as far out as Bliar & Brown saying maybe-10000 a year might come here annually from Europe.

    Judge:

"“In some or all of these cases, the defendant acted unlawfully by failing to publish the contracts within the period set out in the Crown Commercial Service’s Publication of Central Government Tenders and Contracts: Central Government Transparency Guidance Note (November 2017).”"

"But Mr Johnson had reassured MPs otherwise in Parliament on February 22, saying: "All I will say is that the contracts are there on the record for everybody to see.”"

"The revelation comes shortly after a High Court judge also found UK health secretary Matt Hancock had also acted unlawfully by handing out contracts without publishing details in a timely way."

I wonder if that includes the one he gave to his buddy the pub landlord.

"Matt Hancock was unapologetic after the High Court ruled the UK Government unlawfully failed to publish details of billions of pounds' worth of coronavirus-related contracts."

Dangee EU migrants have helped drive our economy, in care, nursing, restaurants, hotels, delivery drivers, fruit pickers, fish processing etc etc etc.

Without them the UK economy would not have been able to grow.

But hey, I know you aren't interested in facts and evidence

    Dangee stated a fact.

This country has not the infrastructure for mass immigration. Many immigrants believed the paths were made of gold. You and I knew they were not. Immigrants living in dirty cramped conditions have been dying due covid. Bad health and poor wages has added to the reasons why more immigrants are dying than white British...

I went to Australia for a better life not yo serve the wealthy. Many immigrants live worse lives serving you and me than they did back home...

just as long as you can get you car washed..

yes, the UK should pay more attention to Minimum Wage laws, and be less tolerant of worker abuse in the gig economy.

It's a shame we've had eleven years of governments that despise workers and are happy to see their rights eroded.

Billions showered on the rich through non-competitive contracts

£40,000 pay rise for Johnson's chum Cummings

    1% for public sector workers

    previous pay rise blocked

The pay rate had been frozen at one per cent since 2010, seven long years. Every Tory MP except one voted against Labour’s motion, which came during Theresa May’s stint as prime minister.

can you see a pattern here?

And you try to claim that the people running the country and national pay policy are the powerless immigrants?

Yep, the pattern is that the voters didn`t vote for labour in elections.

As you say, the pattern of voting conservative has eroded workers rights and led to wage stagnation,

    A poor state of affairs.

Thanks for putting your finger on the true culprits.

Bodd has been tricked into believing that the things he complains about have not been caused by the people running the country, but by a powerless scattering of individuals.

    Poor Bodd.

You've known that for how long? But you have still encouraged migration. Lots start on thd bottom of the ladder and live in crap conditions. But we have all known that. Maybe you live in a bubble John. Nice bit of land around your house a nice village. Your not seeing what's going on down south.

I point it out I tell you the country is packed. Then you moan and blame the Torys. Blame your own.

    Bodd says:
I voted Tory, the party that have spent decades cutting services so I will blame immigrants instead.

Bodd please can you look at immigrant issue a bit deeper and try to avoid being conned by the Tory party and colluding media.

You will be astounded and shocked to learn that Croydon does not run the country, and never has done.

Take some time to absorb that fact.
