joining 10mm copper pipe to 15mm copper pipe

hi im having a problem.im fitting a new bbathroom and everything is going good except the radiator.the old pipes are 10mm and im trying to change them to 15mm togo on new radiator .ive done 1 side but the other just wont join. ive used a coupier?? but i cant get it to seal.ive used flux and soilder but it still leaks HELP ME!!!!!

did you clean the pipes with steel wool first and the pipes must be empty. you must also use flux

yeah wire wooled both sides and waters been off for a week and drained.sick of going to mums for a shower
