Joining an external iron soil pipe to a plastic one?

Does a coupling exist which allows an external cast iron soil pipe to be connected to a modern plastic soil pipe?

Yes McAlpine 4″ Drain Connector looks like this:

The McApline Coupling is for connection of 110mm plastic pipe to 42 cast or clayware. Easiest option with joining cast to plastic is an appropriately sized, 'Flexseal' or 'Fernco' coupling.

Just ensure any cast pipework is adequately supported before removing anything below.
