joist not level

Hi, I've noticed that the the sitting room top door frame & wall above it has a slight depression. After lifting floorboards and inspecting I found the joist above it is tilted therefore the corner of the joist is lying on the supporting brickwork slightly. Are there any procedures I should follow to straighten it up?
