I have been all over the place speaking to technical people and other builders but cant get an answer from anyone....I was hoping you might let me send you a brief description of what has happened and give me some advice. If you don't mind doing this, could you send me a message to [email protected] and ill reply to it, if not no worries Thanks

Hi Joe... My name is Sam Washington. I have just read, with interest, your debate about mis-diagnosis of rising damp. I am in the process of buying a house and have just had a survey done on the property. It is the ground floor of a period property so, not entirely unsurprisingly, there was some evidence of damp. I was wondering if you would mind if I called on your expert advice in helping me to decipher the wording in the surveyors report regarding the dampness. If it is easier for you, you can email me at [email protected].
