I am looking to fit a new bath in a different position to the old bath in our ensuite on the first floor.
The bath will be parallel to and over a laminated joist. This joist is about 2.0m long and is carried by a I-joist at the end I've uncovered. I suspect the other end is also fixed to an I joist in the same manner. The joist crosses the top of a block wall at about 1.3m from the end in the photo which requires just a few shims (which I plan to fit) to act as a support for the joist. The end of the old bath was over this point.
There are three to four I joists hanging off this laminated joist, with unsupported spans of 3.9m.

The second photo shows the hanger supporting this laminated joist. The third photo is of the other side of the I Joist to the hanger. I am concerned that there is no backer block on this side. Considering I may be placing additional load here by fitting a bath above it, what is the best means of strengthening this area?
