Joystick tap cartridge

I don't know the make of the tap unfortunately but would be grateful if anyone can shed any light on this...

It crumbled when I removed it from the tap (the cold tap wouldn't turn off was the original problem).

Its a 35mm diameter cartridge.

I cannot work out when part of the cartridge is still in the tap?

Does anyone recognise this, I can't see anything matching online, only lots similar.
