Recognise this tap and ceramic disc cartridge please ?

I have a very stiff ceramic disc cartridge which cleaning and lubricating has not eased. I guess I have to buy a new cartridge but, as there are many different slight variations, I do not know where to buy the exact one.

Does anyone recognise the attached taps please or is there any other way that I can get the exact ceramic disc cartridge that I need please ?

Thank you, I have now narrowed down the part I need to only 2 possibles and I will order from Lunns as soon as I clarify.
