Judder

I have a X plate Zafira it's done 92k miles and when I pull away with a cold engine I get clutch judder is it a sign of the clutch on the way out or is it likely to be only the thrust bearing.

It won't be due to a thrust bearing problem - more likely the friction plate has some slight oil contamination or the pressure plate has a broken diaphragm finger or two.
Live with it if you can - replacement is the only sure cure.

Thank's Burnerman,I can live with it and pull off accordingly but is it likely to fail on me big time.

The clutch is unlikely to fail in the way that it leaves you with no drive - there will be plenty of warning for that.
The judder will slowly get worse, though.
