Junckers 14mm - creaking boards!

Anyone out there having problems with Junckers 14mm boards? When walked on our floorboards are creaking and clicking. Followed Junckers instructions - laid plastic membrane and foam matting ; we have under floor heating so used the recommended clipping system. Wondering if it's connected to the 14 mm boards? Anyone with 22mm experiencing same problem??

Underfloor heating and DPM + foam underlayment?
Strange combination.

Any condensation from temperature changes in the underfloor heating is trapped. It should have been glued down in my opinion.
What was recommended by your underfloor heating system company?

Thanks for your interest.

Followed Junckers technical department instructions word for word for Under Floor Heating. Membrane supposed to stop condensation from subfloor. Were advised to use clips and not glue. Wonder if 14mm board is just too thin and flexible to resist creaking and popping problems? Junckers insisted we put 14mm (instead of 22mm) with UFH for heat efficiency. Not an uneven sub-floor as it's all over....any suggestions/explanations appreciated...
