Just after a bit of advice as to what the best thing to do is and very rough costs (I appreciate you can't see what's entailed, so really rough guesstimates apply)

House 4 bed semi split over 3 floors.

Already rendered badly and blown.

Very near coast and subject to salt spray and heavy winds.

Any suggestions, I realise that's a poor transcript to work off.
