just had a shock when i opened my gas bill in the bath

Opening your gas bill whist bathing can be quite a shocking experience.
It is often related to the sensation given when the pollex, digitus secundus manus, digitus tertius, digitus annularis and the digitus mínimus mánus come in contact with the cranium, in a scratching motion.
I often find if on delivery, you firmly place the bill within a waste receptacle, this can often delay the shock but may not be an absolute cure.
