A MOD may or may not have Admin rights, or varying degrees in between...

Those with Admin rights (unless this board is different from others) can do what they like

Which looks like a default png file. So someone has changed the reference to the avatar image as this is just a default blank. Not saying it's right to remove, but it is and was a bit immature/uncalled for on this forum.
