Quality and talent are no longer required.
The obsession with gender and colour means the public are not getting the level of service they are entitled to.

What he said abour Meghan Merkle is so true regarding racism. Racism may have played a small part, but it was never the core reason. By turning it into a race issue it risks desensitising racism in circumstances where it is a major issue.

Ive never liked Shami Chak, she who whitewashed anti semitism report.
