K Rend cost

Hi,

I am looking at getting my extension rendered with K Rend, total is 15sqm.

Had a couple of quotes and just wondered if £700 for Materials and Labour sounded reasonable? Includes mesh and beading etc also.

I live in the South.

Hi Nige,

Its conservatory, There are 2 sets of doors (one single and one double).

Dwarf wall all round except one wall which is just over 2m with a large corner.

Also rendered above and below the DPC by using a stop/bell bead to prevent bridging.
