Karndean adhesive?

Hi, I'm laying karndean and been offered two different adhesives, first one you have to wait for the adhesive to go tacky once troweled before laying flooring and the second you lay wet??

What is best?

What's the room? Is there direct sunlight on the floor?

It's a downstairs toilet, has a big sash window but wouldn't say it has a lot of direct sunlight if any. Will be laying it on 18mm WBP ply.

Go for the ps adhesive then mate. It will be easier to work with.
