Kenmore Ultrawash 665 w/ quietguard

I have the water, drain, and power hooked up. The dishwasher is less than 2 years old and has been stored for 1 of those years. The cancle/drain button and quick rinse button is blinking red and will not reset. I tried to unplug and plug back in with no results. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks.

I have the kenmore quietguard 3 and the lock light is on will not go off and I cannot run the dishwasher because of this. I don't have a manual.HELP PLEASE

I don't think you're going to get much help here. Kenmore products are not that well known in the UK. You might consider getting a manual. You could buy one on line here for instance
