Keston C36 boiler fault

Can anyone help I have a Keston C36 condensing, boiler and have trouble with controlling DHW temperature. sometimes it cuts out on over temperature.
I have been told it is the DHW heat exchanger scaled up.
I changed the thermistor and it does not make any difference. I have not had the boiler long and I am not impressed with Keston.
Has anyone had simular problems
