Kingspan K15 in place of K7?

I've been offered some sheets of K15 Insulation board but was wondering if there is any issue in using this between joists in place of K7?

As far as I can see they are essentially the same product but with different intended uses as the K15 is classed as Rainscreen board

Any reason not to use this?
