I am struggling to find the replacement kitchen cabinet doors with height of 720mm. Any recommendations?

Thats standard hight for all kitchen units, doors need to be 715mm to avoid binding.
You are right, but I measured my kitchen cabinet doors and they all are 720mm not 715mm.
715mm would be ok to use.
