I think you may have lost the ball connector , the plastic does look like a bit has broken off

Do you have other cupboards with a latch - or is this the only one

Yes great thanks, i have another cupboard and the entire little wheel has come off. I've ordered that one form Amazon thanks mate.

Just replaced the old one (where the wheel must've snapped off) with the new one came today. Thanks mate it's sorted out.
