Kitchen downlighter position

Hi

Planning the position of some LV downlighters, 7 in total.

Is there any rules in part P as to the position of them in relation to sinks, hob, hood etc.

Also, planning on using 2 x 210w transformers but preferably through 1 dimmer, so 350w of lights, which I assume I will need a 700w dimmer. Can you get one of those, only seem to find 400w ones.

Anyone got any advice ref. the dimmer, or at least where I can find a 700 + Watt dimmer.
