kitchen extractor

hi i am having a kitchen extension built and my new extractor is beign sited on a boundary wall. my neighbours property is abou t2.5 metres away from this wall. is it ok for me to vent the extractor through this wall.

The vent would sit flush with this wall.

Just wondered what the rules are as i dont really want to go through the roof

It's fine to go straight through the wall.

If you want more advice try the electrical section as no doult this message will get moved to that section.

2.5metres is plenty.
