We just bought a 1930's house that had a kitchen extension on back of garage about 12years ago.
The wall between kitchen and garage is a single skin breeze block wall.
The kitchen is always freezing, and it was suggested that this maybe the cause.
There is no room to insulate in the kitchen, so can I insulate in the garage?
I thought that batons on the wall and 50mm celotex screwed to that.
Would that work or would the wall need anything on first, and if it would work do I have to cover the celotex with anything (eg. plasterboard)
Thankyou in advance
