hi i've got a mixer tap in kitchen and for some reason the hot tap only turns 1/4 and goes really tight and dribbles water for bout 3mins as soon as i turn cold water on it stops???? oh yeah only stared after new combi was fitted???? any ideas

likely grit / rust / crap was dislodged when the boiler was fitted and has gotten into the tap..
turn off the water and strip the tap down.. ( you said mixer though so it might be a bit more dificult.. the pro's will no doubt advise )
