Kitchen Island Sink Waste

Hi.

I am building a new kitchen extension which incorporates a central island with sink.

I would like some advice on how to plumb the sink waste into the drains.

The existing foul drain passes under the new extension directly below the island if that helps.

I was considering a stub stack with AAV but I gather the AAV needs to be fitted above the height of the sink waste. Could be tricky that.

Any ideas.
