kitchen lights

Part of kitchen lights are all off around 5 spot lights
tried to change the bulbs no working
All RCD is switched on no problem there
Tried the RCD test and trip is working as expected but in this case all RCD are switched on
but still kitchen lights are not coming up

any idea

what voltage bulbs were they?

What voltage bulbs are the new ones you fitted?

issue started before changing the bulbs, i was trying to change below bulb
LE GU10 LED Light Bulbs, Warm White 2700K, 50W Halogen Bulb Equivalent, 4W 350lm, 120 Degree Beam Angle, Pack of 10 [Energy Class A++]
