Kitchen Osbusmen

Do you know if kitchen shops have them, I have recently had a kitchen installed and it's appalling, I have asked the kitchen shop to come out and look at the work and they are not interested and neither is the fitter so not sure which way to go.

Any advice welcome.

I'm assuming you mean "Ombudsman" ??
Ask if the kitchen fitters were registered with the IKBBi . If they were , you could possibly approach them with any complaint you have, although I wouldn't hold out much hope. They're just after the money from tradesmen joining them.

Did you pay them? If so- why?

If it is as bad as you say then take them to the small claims court.
