hi all having a real problem with my kitchen paint

it started flaking sometime ago , now its time to re-paint it's giving me hell
when scraping off the flaking paint

big chucks of paint are coming off right back to the plaster
this is leaving me with areas of paint that have about 4 layers stuck fast
so even with sanding after i repaint i am sure i will see there outlines

is the anything i can get to help remove all the paint right down to the plaster ?

here is a thread i started few days ago with a pic of the flaking paint
but this is nothing to what it looks like now

anyone got any suggestions ?

Thats the plaster blowing...not the paint, the skim has blown off the render.

Could have been caused by a weakness in the first place and then possibly made worst from the srface tension of the paint ...it shrinks as it drys...and kitchen and bathroom paint is quite thick..

hi Zampa

but the plaster is fine under the paint ?

second one is paint issuse
