Wasnt sure which category to post this in.
Hi i need advice im looking at changing my kitchen doors as the carcasses are fine,tiling the walls and floor and possibly changing the worktop.Can you tell me in which order you would recommend i should do this as im a complete diy novice.Any useful information be greatfully recvd.

Change the worktops first as they need to be installed before you tile the walls. After the walls are tiled, tile the floor and finally change the cabinet doors.

This order will mean you are unlikely to damage the floor when tiling the walls and also the doors will not be damaged by any of the tiling. (You could tile the floor first if you are confident of protecting it but things can easily be dropped when tiling walls resulting in scratched/chipped floors and doors.)
