Evening. I have a hose type kitchen tap (pictured). The hose is leaking with both hot and cold water at the connection between the hose and the copper mixing pipe (pictured with me pointing at the leak point). No water leaks when tap is off. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting and tightening as much as possible (tricky as a tight squeeze in there) but the leak remains. Could anyone suggest what's needed. Cheers.
