Kitchen sink move, door in the way of waste

I have moved my kitchen sink from the other side of my back door.

My sink previously drained to a soil stack directly on the outside of the wall.

Now I've moved it, there is noway to run a waste pipe without passing the door. Would I be ok to bury a 40mm waste pipe for 3m? Or do I have to put in a new gully?

If you can get a suitable fall to flow properly to the drains then yes, no reason why not.
