Kitchen sink vent not working

Do the other basins flow into the main drain.
Your kitchen waste might be plumbed into a rain water drain or soak way .
Try rodding back through main drain or take off the fittings in the kitchen and rod from there .
Other basins do flow into the main drain.
No soak away, but I'll check the main drains.
If it is a new build get on to the house builder to fix it.
Nice thought, but I'm the one building the house, so it's effectively on me

If it drains properly when the vent is removed then it points to the mains drain not having a positive pressure vent. All drains need to have positive and negative venting. The head of the drain should really have an open topped stack, venting to air.

A number of other basins/toilets/showers flow into the main drain.
I'll have a go at rodding the waste through.
Fingers crossed.....

Ah, well, yes. I'ts a self build, so that's basically on me......

Other basins, toilets, showers run into the main foul water drain.
I'll check it out.

It's a self build, so the house builder is me.....

OP,
You have plumbed in a number of difficulties for yourself - I earlier advised a re-plumb under the unit but you have only messed about with the plumbing. Thats not a re-plumb.
Thank you for the new pics but they too only show more foolish attempts at plumbing - the next down the road problem will be leaks esp. from the nonsense of plumbers mait or putty sealing the sink waste - followed by stinks from the still incorrectly fitted D/W drain hose.

Given what you've said about the ground drainage, where does the WC drainage come into the picture?
Is the kitchen a totally internal room - no external walls? Any studded walls?

Why not call a plumber, and pay for at least a heads up?
