Been trying to source a kitchen sink waste with 70mm flange but not found one anywhere. Granted its for a sink fitted 10 years ago but I would have thought spares would still be available. Anyone know who might still have one? Its leaking underneath so I thought to replace the whole thing, including overflow.

I tried the one below but it was 85mm, not 70mm as advertised.

I think that one has an 85mm flange. McAlpine do both 85 and 70mm versions. If you can't find the correct one at the DIY stores, go to a plumbers merchant. If they don't have it, they should be able to order it in.
