Kitchen unit baseboard bowed

I am going to replace the vinyl flooring in the kitchen.

Below one double kitchen unit the chipboard baseboard is bowing in.
I have taken it off and placed weights on it for a few days but is has not helped.

Is there a way to straighten it out? I would replace it but it has an unusual colour veneer
that needs to match all the other cupboard baseboards.

Probably not it it’s mdf or veneered mdf. Get it colour matched paint, and make up a new piece
