Kitchen Unit Plinths

Hi

I'm just fitting out my new kitchen, and I've seen a seal that fits onto the bottom of the plinths that fits to the floor. The plinth fits on top, giving a nice seal and join to the floor, can any advise where I can get hold of f some?
