Looking at knocking through a doorway into an adjoining room. walls are thick (about 2.5 feet of stone).
Intend using a couple of substantial oak lintels.

Que:
Doorway will be approx 3' wide. How many needles will I need to insert ?
Will one be sufficient and what size thickness should needle be ?
Any other tips on knocking out a doorway very much apprecaited.

Many thanks.

depends how big the stones are.a needle works ok on bonded brick.but :?: also the wall could be loose filled with c**p between 2 stone facings
