Hi, I'm knocking a doorway through from our garage to kitchen foor a 700mm door. The wall is internal, 100mm single block thick, no cavity and supports the joists of the bedroom above - see picture, joists marked up in red, position of door marked out with tape. I'm looking for some advice on the lintel - will a prestressed concrete lintel with the usual 150mm bearing be sufficient given the positioning of the joists?

Not sure if you will be able to work out yourself if it will take the load from the info here https://www.stressline.net/lintel-load-span-tables-a-beginners-guide/ But I also think you might need it to be fireproof if it is in a garage.
Looking at the (composite) way it will be loaded I'd say yes, it'll be ok.
