Knots showing through existing paint

On a refurb at the moment, knots haven't been treated and are showing through gloss work on all doors. What's the best way of sorting? Spot priming or is there a recommend primer/undercoat/knot sealer that we can paint all the doors with one coat then normal undercoat top coat? Maybe a zinnser product?
