I will go to a proper shop today and get some. One final question though, Can i paint over this with the water based paint ? or do i need to use oil based

I only ask because of my daughters ashtma.

Yes. I did no problem. Just take care when touchin in remember to feather out the bin so it doesent leave a blodge. If you get a bad bit you can rub it out with meths on a rag.
