KTLD60X20 Kenwood fridge problem

Does not cool as expected, can hear compressor running but fridge is not cold enough . Anyone no what to check and where stat might be on these fridges ? Model is
Ktld60x15 can’t alter title .

Have had the fridge checked and coolant pipework is blocked so buying new fridge. Currys [after my complaint ]eventually offered some cash [its nearly five years old] so I mentioned the freezer door handle was broken and they doubled offer so have around £150 towards replacement fridge and can replace freezer handle from the broken down fridge.
