I’d say a commendation from the chief of police would be in order if you prevent a toe rag from nicking a motorbike. After all, all he’s going to do is go out robbing people on it so all credit to me for stopping him.

If only someone had used a scaffold pole on the person that stabbed those three little girls to death before he got anywhere near them, that would have prevented a lot of heartache, wouldn’t it?

No 'likel's' about them nicking my bike. What would you have done if you caught two thugs stealing your motorbike - try to get to the reason of why they are doing it? Give them some advice and support? Expressed disappointment? Said a few harsh words? Or something else?
