Hello I wonder if anyone can help?

I have been trying to solve a no hot water problem.

The HW heat exchanger has been cleaned out. After that HW was very hot.

It then stopped giving hot water even though the burner fired up.

It sometimes gives warm water.

I changed the DHW micro switch but it had no effect, the diaphragm seems to work OK as the pin comes out when on HW demand.

Could it be something as simple as the HW thermister?

Anything else I could check or other ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

could be the plate he again if it worked the first time, you might have a problem with your system water. thermistor is a possibility, there's 2 types the earlier wet pocket one is more likely to cause a problem than the later clip on one. The burner pressure could be out, this can be a pain to set up and needs doing by an RGI, a copy of the manual will be a must to carry out this task.

Hello

There is now no power to the fan and consequentially the burners wont come on. (power from the circuit board.)

The Thermisters seem ok and both diaphrams seemed to work.

The situation is worse now because at least the heating side was working before

Any ideas what the problems could be now

Thanks
